Paan Kulfi / Indian Ice Cream

This is a our secret recipe of kulfi. It tastes so good that guests might think you took all day to make it. I should give the credit of paan flavored kulfi to my husband, as he is the one who invented it. He made it for our get together and it was a hit instantly.

  • Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk and whipping cream in the blender.
  • Add gulkand, fennel seeds powder and the cardamom powder in the blender and blend it once again.
  • Fill the Popsicle molds or the souffle cups and freeze for about five to six hours and the kulfi is ready.
