Paan Kulfi / Indian Ice Cream

This is a our secret recipe of kulfi. It tastes so good that guests might think you took all day to make it. I should give the credit of paan flavored kulfi to my husband, as he is the one who invented it. He made it for our get together and it was a hit instantly.

Ingredients
  • 14 floz Condensed Milk
  • 12 floz Evaporated Milk
  • 16 floz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds Powder
  • 1 tsp Small Cardamom Powder
  • 3 tsp Gulkand (Readily available in the Indian grocery stores)
Instructions
  1. Blend condensed milk, evaporated milk and whipping cream in the blender.
  2. Add gulkand, fennel seeds powder and the cardamom powder in the blender and blend it once again.
  3. Fill the Popsicle molds or the souffle cups and freeze for about five to six hours and the kulfi is ready.
