Pao Bhaji

Street food of Mumbai !! Yum Yum all I can say. The bhaji is made with all the vegetables that you have at home and it is eaten with Buns or pao. Yes,lots of butter gives it a delicious taste, but if you want to be conscious of your health, you could reduce the quantity of butter in this dish. I don't use a lot of butter in my recipe also. Usually the pao's or the buns are pan fried in the butter, so you could avoid that, and toast the buns with a little butter spread on it. Nevertheless, do make this dish, it's definitely a good change from the usual cuisines. It only takes six minutes in Instapot, but if you do not own an Instapot you can make this on stovetop in a pan and simmer the bhaji till it is cooked and then you can mash it with a potato masher, might take about 15 minutes.
