Mango Shake

Summer is the time for a lot of mangoes. This shake is perfect after your workouts or to curb the mid afternoon hunger pangs. I do not use sugar in this shake but you can add sugar as per your taste.

  • 2 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Mango pulp (You can use canned or fresh pulp)
  • Crushed ice

  1. Blend all the ingredients in the blender and serve.
