Indian Masala Chai

Every Indian craves for a good cup of Masala Chai. As they say, any time is a good time for a great cup of tea.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • Few Ginger slices
  • 1 or 2 Crushed cardamom
  • 1 or 2 Cloves (Optional)
  • Sugar (As per your taste)
  • 1/2 or 3/4 tsp Tea leaves (Depending how strong you want it to be)
Instructions
  1. Boil water with ginger, cardamom and cloves in a pot. Once the water is boiled add the tea leaves and add milk. Let it boil, then lower the heat and boil again on high heat. Do it for a couple of time. Turn the stove off. Strain it in the cup and Enjoy.
