A yogurt based drink passed on to me by my sister, perfect for midday hunger pangs. This helps in soothing stomach ailments as well.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 Inch Piece Ginger
  • 10 - 15 Mint leaves (Washed)
  • 1 Green pepper (Optional)
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients with some crushed ice and drink it on a hot summer afternoon.
