Besan Ka Chilla / Gram Flour Pancake

Yields: 2 Servings Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 5 Mins Cook Time: 10 Mins Total Time: 15 Mins

Besan or garbanzo bean flour is a great source of protein. It is somewhat in between pancake and crepe, so not as thin as a crepe and also not as fat as a pancake. It can be served as a breakfast item or an evening snack. The freshness of the cilantro and the green chili pepper added to it enhances the flavor. To make an extra healthy version you can add soaked rolled oats to it, I will post that recipe later. Try this and let me know how did you like this as a breakfast option.
