I am Mamta Verma, residing in California for almost 33 years now with my husband and two kids and I love cooking. You can say cooking is like meditation for me. I am prompted to write this blog because of my kids. Unfortunately the basic,easy, everyday recipes are hard to find so they would text me often for that. So I decided I am going to start noting down these to make life easy for all the young adults who leave home but miss home cooking.
